Master Plan

John Paul College is set on a beautiful 35 hectare site featuring landscaped gardens and contemporary purpose-built structures which are supported by state-of-the-art technology.

Development on the campus is guided by a Master Plan that has seen the recent completion of an eight-year $17 million redevelopment and refurbishment program of activity. This included the addition of a Kindergarten in 2004, a Retail Centre in 2004, two new car parks, state-of-the-art Senior School Gorman Centre in 2005, the Stephen Paul Aquatic Centre and the Stephen Bowers Oval in 2008 as well as extensive refurbishment of our classrooms.

Underpinning the John Paul College Master Plan is a vision that sees the campus divided into smaller 'schools within a school'. The main campus comprises the Child Care Centre, Kindergarten, Primary, Middle and Senior Schools and John Paul International College.

Future development on the campus is governed by the Master Plan 2020 which was developed over an intensive three-day planning process called Enquiry by Design. The Masterplan 2020 continues to reinforce the identity of individual schools and articulates plans for the establishment and improvement of a number of focal plazas and shared play areas, while new facilities will be created for the use by the College and the general public.
