John Paul College comprises a number of "schools within a school":
- John Paul College Primary School, which is subdivided into Junior Primary School (Prep - Year 3), Senior Primary School (Years 4 - 6) and is supported by Kindergarten, John Paul College Child Care Centre and Outside School Hours Care
- John Paul College Middle School (Years 7 - 9)
- John Paul College Senior School (Years 10 - 12) and
- John Paul International College (JPIC) (Students from overseas countries).
To enrol in John Paul College Primary (Junior and/or Senior Primary), Middle and Senior Schools applicants are required to follow a set enrolment process which is continuous from one school to the next. However, enrolment in John Paul International College (JPIC), John Paul College Child Care, and John Paul College Kindergarten is separate, and requires the completion of special enrolment forms.
Applications from Australian permanent residents and citizens, or 'domestic' enrolments, for a place in the John Paul College Kindergarten, Primary, Middle and Senior Schools are received and processed by the Registrar's office. All applications are processed by date of receipt.
Enrolments in Child Care are processed by the Child Care Centre.
Enrolments in John Paul International College (JPIC) are requested to contact Karen Milburn kmilburn@jpc.qld.edu.au, as this requires the completion of a separate enrolment process.
