Submit an Application for Admission form. You can do this online by clicking APPLY NOW. To complete an application a online non-refundable application fee of $150 is required with a copy of your child/children’s birth certificate or passport/s either uploaded or forwarded to the Enrolment office. International students should submit the International Student Application for Admission form found on the International Enrolments page of this website.

Our enrolments staff will contact families once an application has been received to advise when their supplementary documentation will need to be received by.
Students and parents will be invited to attend an interview with a member of the Educational Leadership Team within 3 years of the nominated year of entry.
Offers are made following the interview process. The Principal forwards a Letter of Offer to successful applicants. Please note, John Paul College is a non-selective school however, offers are made at the sole discretion of the Principal. You can learn more about our enrolment policy here.
To accept the offer of a place at the school, parents sign a Written Agreement and other relevant forms and pay the non-refundable confirmation fee to secure their child’s place at the College.
Subject to availability, John Paul College may offer places to students wishing to enrol at any time throughout the school year. The same enrolment process outlined above occurs.

Once your child is enrolled in John Paul College and conditional upon their meeting specific conditions of enrolment at each year level, their enrolment will be continuous from one year to the next throughout the College.

Enrolment in our Early Learning Centre requires families to complete a Waitlist Application form. Please download this form and return it to the Early Learning Centre.
Once a place is available, you will be contacted by our Early Learning staff and asked to complete and return to the Centre a separate Early Learning Centre Enrolment Form.
All applications are processed by date of receipt. Please ensure forms are completed and returned to the Centre as soon as possible.
