Joining our Community

Depending on availability, you can join any of our learning areas at any time.

These include:

  • Early Learning Centre
  • Kindergarten
  • Primary School (Prep to Year 6)
  • Middle School (Years 7-9)
  • Senior School (Years 10-12)
  • John Paul International College (JPIC) (International Students only)


Domestic Enrolments

To enrol your child, we have a simple enrolment process which is continuous from Kindergarten through to Year 12, subject to your child meeting specific enrolment criteria. All applications are processed by date of receipt.

Please view our Prospectus online. If you would like a copy  of the Prospectus, please complete an Expression of Interest form . Alternatively, contact our enrolments staff on + 61 (0)7 3826 3333.

To apply for enrolment, please download and complete an Application for Enrolment form.

This form is the only form that you will need to submit for prospective enrolment for all year levels including Kindergarten, but excluding the Early Learning Centre.

You will need to forward this, along with:

  • Application Fee ($150)*
  • Student Needs Profile
  • Immunisation history
  • Student Medical Profile
  • School reports for the last two years (if applicable) and NAPLAN results.
  • Copy of birth certificate or passport /visa

*The Application Fee is non-refundable, irrespective of the outcome of the application

On receipt of these documents, our enrolments staff will contact you to inform you of the availability of places in the nominated year level of entry.

If places are available, an interview time will be organised for you and your child. Following your successful interview you will be formally offered a place at John Paul College.

Once your child is enrolled in John Paul College and conditional upon their meeting specific conditions of enrolment at each year level, their enrolment will be continuous from one year to the next throughout the College.

Enrolment in John Paul College Early Learning Centre and John Paul International College (JPIC) is a separate process and requires the completion of different forms.


Additional Kindergarten places are now available

Due to the expansion of our Kindergarten, we now have additional places available commencing July 2018.

To register your interest in an additional place in our Kindergarten, please complete the Kindergarten Expression of Interest form or if you have further questions please email enrolments@jpc.qld.edu.au.


Early Learning Centre Enrolments

Enrolment in our Early Learning Centre requires the completion of an Application for Enrolment.  Please download this form and return it to the Early Learning Centre.

Once a place is available, you will be contacted by our Early Learning staff and asked to complete and return to the Centre a separate Early Learning Centre Enrolment Form.

All applications are processed by date of receipt. Please ensure forms are completed and returned to the Centre as soon as possible.

John Paul International College Enrolments

If you are interested in enrolments for John Paul International College (JPIC), please contact our International Admission and Recruitment Manager at  jpic@qld.edu.au.  Enrolment into JPIC is a different process and requires the completion of separate paperwork.
