Managing Complaints

John Paul College is a complex organisation encompassing students, parents, and staff. As a Christian College, positive relationships are valued and sought. As part of this the College believes that a process for the acceptance, monitoring and resolution of conflict and complaints is appropriate and in the best interests of maintaining a harmonious, supportive and productive College community.
