    At John Paul College, staff wellbeing takes a framework from the acronym S H A P E.

    This framework encompasses the domains of social, intellectual, spiritual, physical, emotional and occupational wellbeing for all employees. We aim to intentionally create positive activities and opportunities where our currency of wellness is strong in everything that we do. Happy employees are positive employees. We aim to have a 100% happiness seal on the wellbeing of our staff.
