John Paul College is a co-educational College educating students from Kindergarten to Year Twelve with Boarding available from Years Seven to Twelve.  To enrol your child at John Paul College, follow the simple steps below. Step 1 – Explore John Paul College

There are many ways to learn more about John Paul College. Our website is a great place to start; you can connect with us on social media; read or download our Prospectus (or request one be mailed to you via our Expression of Interest form); arrange a personalised tour with a member of our admissions team or attend our October Open Evening.


Book your Personal Tour

Student for a Day

Student for a Day is a great opportunity for prospective students to explore John Paul College and discover what it means to be a part of the John Paul College family.  You will have the opportunity to attend classes, meet teachers, enjoy a complimentary lunch and sample first-hand everything that John Paul College has to offer. Boarder for a Night

Prospective boarding applicants are also welcome to participate in our Boarder for A Day experience. Students will get a true perspective into the life of a boarder at John Paul College. Eligible students will spend two full days on campus, including an overnight stay in our boarding village with all meals provided. Step 2 – Application

Submit an Application for Admission form. You can do this online by clicking  APPLY NOW. To complete  an application a online non-refundable application fee of $150 is required with a copy of your child/children’s birth certificate or passport/s either uploaded or forwarded to the Admissions office.

International students should submit the International Student Application for Admission form found on the International Enrolments page of this website.

Supplementary documentation will be requested once our admissions team have received your application.


Step 3 – Interview

Students and parents will be invited to attend an interview with a member of the Educational Leadership Team within three years of the nominated year of entry.


Step 4 – Offer

Offers are made following the interview process. The Principal forwards a Letter of Offer to successful applicants. Please note, John Paul College is a non-selective school however, offers are made at the sole discretion of the Principal.


Step 5 – Acceptance of Offer

To accept the offer of a place at the school, parents sign a Written Agreement and other relevant forms and pay the non-refundable confirmation fee to secure their child’s place at the College.


Enrolling during the School Year

Subject to availability, John Paul College may offer places to students wishing to enrol at any time throughout the school year. The same enrolment process outlined above occurs.

Application for Enrolment: $150

Confirmation of Enrolment: $300

*The Application Fee is non-refundable, irrespective of the outcome of the application

Once your child is enrolled in John Paul College and conditional upon their meeting specific conditions of enrolment at each year level, their enrolment will be continuous from one year to the next throughout the College.

Enrolment in John Paul College Early Learning Centre and John Paul International College (JPIC) is a separate process and requires the completion of different forms.

Early Learning Centre Enrolments

Enrolment in our Early Learning Centre requires families to complete a Waitlist Application form.  Please download this form and return it to the Early Learning Centre.

Once a place is available, you will be contacted by our Early Learning staff and asked to complete and return to the Centre a separate Early Learning Centre Enrolment Form.

All applications are processed by date of receipt. Please ensure forms are completed and returned to the Centre as soon as possible.

John Paul International College Enrolments

If you are interested in enrolments for John Paul International College (JPIC), please contact our International Admission and Recruitment Manager at  Enrolment into JPIC is a different process and requires the completion of separate paperwork
