Step 1 - Explore John Paul College

There are many ways to learn more about John Paul College. Our website is a great place to start; you can connect with us on social media; read our Prospectus, arrange a personalised tour with a member of our admissions team or attend one of our upcoming Open Events.

Open Events

As we open our doors, we encourage you to experience what makes our College so unique and take the opportunity to participate in the range of activities on offer and meet the people who could make a lasting difference in your child's life. Register to attend one of our many Open Events.

Book your Personal Tour

Personalised tours of the College are available at your convenience throughout the year during school hours and are conducted by a member of our admissions team. Book a personalised tour to experience the JPC difference.

Step 2 - Application

Submit an Application form for Admission to JPC by clicking APPLY NOW. To complete your application a non-refundable application fee of $175​ per child is required with copies to be provided of relevant documentation such as your child's birth certificate or passport/s uploaded.

International students should submit the International Student Application for Admission form found on the International Enrolments page of this website.

Supplementary documentation will be requested once our admissions team have received your application. Once you have completed an application, you may wish for your children to experience JPC first-hand through our Student for a Day program.

Student for a Day

Student for a Day is a great opportunity for prospective students to explore John Paul College and discover what it means to be a part of the John Paul College family. You will have the opportunity to attend classes, meet teachers, enjoy a complimentary lunch and sample first-hand everything that John Paul College has to offer. Step 3 - Int​​​erview

Students and parents will be invited to attend an interview with a member of the Educational Leadership Team within three years of the nominated year of entry.

Please note, students who are also applying for a scholarship position within the College, would be required to attend an interview prior to the provision of any scholarship offers.

Step 4 - Offer

Offers are made following the interview and admissions review process. Successful applicants will receive a Letter of Offer from our Principal. Please note, John Paul College is a non-selective school,​ however, offers are made at the sole discretion of the Principal.

Offers for scholarship applications are assessed ​separate to the John Paul College admissions process and a separate Letter of Offer will be provided for these students.

Step 5 - Acceptance of Offer

To accept an offer of a place at the College, parents sign and complete a confirmation of enrolment and other relevant forms and pay the non-refundable confirmation fee of $5​00 per child to secure their child's place at the College.

Admission during the School Year

Subject to availability, John Paul College may offer places to students wishing to enrol at any time throughout the school year. The same admissions process outlined above occurs.
