The Learning Enhancement/Diverse Learning Program is a College-wide program of support that addresses the developmental and learning needs of exceptional students.
These include students:
These programs are delivered to students in their regular classroom environments, through a ‘push-in’ model that encourages collaboration and teamwork among class teachers, special educators, the gifted and talented facilitator, administrators, parents and other staff.
Class teachers and Learning Enhancement staff work collaboratively in delivering differentiated, in-class learning experiences for all students. The individual student is placed at the centre of all learning through this innovative approach that meets the diverse needs of students in today’s classrooms.
