From The Principal's Desk February 2024

Welcome to 2024!

I hope you enjoyed a relaxing Christmas break and a joyous start to 2024 and you are feeling refreshed for the year ahead. As we embark on a new school year, I am reminded of the resounding words from Jeremiah 29:11 - "For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a hope and a future." I’m sure these words resonate with many of us as we look ahead to another exciting year of learning and growth at JPC.

The start of a new school year can yield many mixed emotions, and I hope that these comforting words remind us that it’s ok to feel excited and nervous but to also enjoy the journey ahead. Whatever you may feel about your first day of school (or your child’s first day of school), remember that everyone has been in this position in their lives.

Our ongoing commitment to inspiring excellence within our students continues to serve as the foundation of the College. As we embark on this shared journey of discovery and achievement, may the words of Jeremiah serve as a guiding light, inspiring us to foster an environment where each student can thrive at the College.

Year 12 ATAR results
