Welcome to 2025!
What an exciting start to the 2025 College year, and it was wonderful welcoming students and community members back on campus this week. I hope you enjoyed a relaxing Christmas break and a joyous start to 2025 and that you feel refreshed for the year ahead. In my experience, nothing beats the positive energy and vibrancy students bring to school every day.
During the first week of the school year, I am reminded of the words of Jesus in Matthew 5:14-16 (NIV): "You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden. ... Let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven." This passage inspires us to embrace the incredible opportunity we have to ignite the path for others and make a positive difference. This year holds exciting opportunities to learn and grow in our classrooms, sporting fields or on stage.
