High Performance Academy (HPA)

The High Performance Academy (HPA) aims to nurture the growth of elite athletes through a holistic and individualised approach to athletic development. We value and support each athletes goals and aspirations for competing at the highest level in their chosen discipline.

The program is based on functional movement, technical and personal development, strength and conditioning growth, and sports medicine support. Our focus is to develop athletes capable of executing exercises and training routines of increased complexity as their training age/level increases. Further to this, athletes in the program receive priority access to specialist training facilities, equipment and mentoring from current and former elite athletes including high profile College Alumni.

The HPA Co-ordinator closely monitors each student’s workload and wellbeing. Student-athletes are held to high expectations in academics, behaviour, attendance and effort to retain their position in the program.
