The Board works actively with our Principal and Senior Staff to ensure that the College continues to offer an excellent education to our students in a technology-rich environment with outstanding facilities. We are also mindful of the need to maintain an affordable fee structure for our JPC community.
With that in mind the fee increase has been kept as low as possible. The attached schedule sets out the fees for 2020. Once again, we have kept an all-in fee structure which sees all compulsory costs, other than year level camps, included in one flat fee.
The Tuition Fees for 2020 have been set as follows:
- Kindergarten (Part time) $1,050 per term
- Kindergarten (Full time) $2,100 per term
- Prep to Year Three $2,100 per term
- Years Four to Six $2,600 per term
- Years Seven to Twelve $3,425 per term
This represents a lower increase than the education costs component of the CPI measure (2.8% September 2018).
We are confident that the 2020 fees will compare favourably across the Independent Schools sector and continue to provide John Paul College parents with value for money, as well as ensure the continued strong ongoing financial viability of our College.
In support of our larger families, the multiple child discount will be retained at 40% for the third and fourth child attending the College. Fifth and subsequent children will continue to receive a 100% tuition fee discount.
The last two years has seen an ongoing capital spend to support the learning of all students.
