A new era for sport in 2021
We are excited to announce the new Sport and Activities team leading the way in 2021 at JPC. These familiar faces have long standing relationships with the College and a high degree of knowledge of the sport industry.
Head of Sport and Activities - Mrs Julie Maroske
ulie is an Alumnus of the College who was a College Vice-Captain, Bradley Cup recipient and two-time Dickson Shield recipient. Julie is also a former elite basketball player in the Women’s National Basketball League. She brings to the role a wealth of experience and passion for sport and the enthusiasm and pride for wearing the Burgundy and Blue.
Deputy Head of Sport and Activities - Mrs Emma McDonald
Emma is our Deputy Head of Sports and Activities. Emma’s experience as a member of the World Champion Australian Opals in 2006 and Beijing 2008 Olympic silver medal-winning Opals, has forged a steely determination and disciplined approach to all she does.
Julie and Emma are a dynamic duo whose deep connections to the College and expertise across all facets of the TAS, Club Sport, Representative Sport, Primary Sport, Secondary Sport and the co-curricular activities place them well to realise the goals and aspirations detailed in the Sports Strategic Plan. Together, they will continue to provide and improve on the College’s extensive and broad co-curricular offering. The Sports Strategic Plan will be launched during Term One.
